Avengers: Endgame trailer unveiled during Super Bowl featuring Guardians of the Galaxy character
Teaser unveiled for the superhero film
A new teaser trailer for Avengers: Endgame has been unveiled during the 2019 Super Bowl.
The 30-second clip played during Sunday's sporting event, giving fans an idea of what they can expect when the Marvel film hits cinemas.
It opens with views of New York City, where residents are presumably fending for themselves in the absence of the superhero team.
“Some people move on,” a voice narrates. “But not us. Not us.”
Chris Evans, who plays Captain America, features prominently, as does Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye).
Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) also features, as does Chris Hemsworth (Thor).
The animated Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy can also be seen in the video, having been left out of the previous trailer unveiled for the superhero movie.
Avengers: Endgame is set to be released in April.
It is expected to shed light on what happened after Thanos’s infamous Infinity War snaps, which presumably wiped out half of the galaxy – though trailers for Marvel movies released since have suggested that the effects of the snaps are not permanent.
