BEIRUT - Iraq rejected Lebanon's request to lift the immunity of two Iraqi diplomats suspected of killing an Iraqi dissident in Beirut, state-run television reported yesterday. The cultural attache, Mohamed Khadhem, and the commercial attache, Khaled Khalaf, were arrested on Wednesday after the murder of Taleb as-Suheil. Reuter
