RUSSIA YESTERDAY rehabilitated four members of the Tsarist royal family who were shot in St Petersburg in 1919 by Bolsheviks. The general prosecutor's office said Pavel Romanov, a son of Tsar Alexander II, was rehabilitated with three other Romanov princes.
