The Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho is not one of life's diplomats. The "special one" - as he likes to be known - has angered Uefa officials with his allegation of corrupt refereeing in a Champions' League fixture in Barcelona. He had to be removed from the pitch by police during the Carling Cup Final in Cardiff, after deciding to goad rival fans. Everywhere he goes, he seems to leave discord and recriminations in his wake. And now we learn that he is off to the Middle East. Just when it seemed to be going so well out there, too...
